Shipping & Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €130.
All Ochis frames are shipped from Kyiv, Ukraine using DHL or Nova Post.

Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days within Europe and 10–14 working days worldwide.

Please note that prescription lenses require an additional 2–5 days for production, while photochromic lenses may take up to 14 days for installation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery.

If your package is delayed or not moving, we recommend contacting the courier service indicated in your tracking details first. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to us at cs@ochis.co — we’ll do our best to help.
