How much does shipping cost?
We provide Free Worldwide shipping for order over 150€.
A shipment usually takes around 5-7 working days in Europe and 7-14 working days worldwide.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service cs@ochis.co
Use & Care
Ochis, like all other glasses, require careful use.
To prolong their life, follow these simple rules:
1. Keep them safe in the hard coffee case;
2. Put them on and take them off using two hands;
3. Don’t lay the glasses lens down;
4. Don’t leave the glasses in high-temperature surroundings.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
PD (pupillary distance) is the distance between your pupil centers. It helps figure out where exactly in your glasses you look through the lens. If you don’t have this parameter in your prescription, you can measure it at home with the help of a ruler and a friend.
