Aftercare

Ochis glasses are designed to stay with you for years.

Natural materials age differently, develop character, and become part of your everyday life.

And even if something happens, we’re here to adjust, restore, repair.

Every pair of Ochis glasses is backed by lifelong aftercare support: cs@ochis.co

How can we help?

Tell us what happened and we'll find the best solution to keep your Ochis with you.

Thank you! We've received your request and will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Advanced Frame Restoration

We developed our own frame restoration technology, allowing us to repair even heavily damaged frames — sometimes even broken in half — with minimal visible traces and full functionality.

Some repairs may be paid, depending on the damage.

Refreshing the finish

Because Ochis is made from natural materials, the surface may become slightly lighter after months or years of everyday use.

To restore its rich appearance, apply a tiny drop of food-safe mineral oil to a soft cloth, wipe the frame, then buff it dry with a clean cloth.

A little goes a long way.

Adjusting the Fit

All Ochis frames can be gently adjusted to better fit your face.
To do this, carefully heat the temple tips to approximately 55°C (131°F), then slowly bend them inward or outward using light pressure.
  • Bend inward if the glasses feel loose
  • Bend outward if they feel too tight

*Always make small adjustments gradually.

“I wore my OCHIS every day for four years. They became part of how people knew me. I could have kept wearing them — they still looked great. I just felt it was time for a new shape.”
