All Ochis frames are shipped from Kyiv, Ukraine using DHL or Nova Post.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow the parcel through the carrier's site at any point.

Taxes & duties

Prices don't include local taxes. International orders may be subject to customs duties on arrival — this depends on your country's rules, and we can't calculate them in advance. If you're unsure, your local customs office can tell you what to expect.

If your parcel is delayed

First, check the tracking and contact the carrier listed there — they have the most current information. If it doesn't move or something looks wrong, write to us at cs@ochis.co and we'll help sort it out.


Returns & warranty

Not the right fit? You can return your order within 21 days. All frames come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
