Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Ochis. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If this period has passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation email).
Please contact us at cs@ochis.co to initiate a return, and we will provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@ochis.co and follow the instructions we provide for the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@ochis.co
