Returns & Exchanges

You can return your glasses within 21 days of delivery.

If you’re not satisfied or the fit isn’t right, you can:

  • request a return
  • or exchange for another model

Returns are accepted only if the glasses are in original condition, without signs of use.

If you choose an exchange with different lenses or a different model, the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Return shipping is covered by the customer (for non-warranty cases).

Refunds

Once we receive your glasses and confirm their condition,

your refund will be processed within up to 1 week.

Please note:

  • banks may take additional time to complete the transfer
  • for prescription lenses, only the frame cost is refundable

Warranty

All Ochis frames come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This includes:

  • cracks in the frame
  • issues with temple rods
  • missing components

The warranty does not cover:

  • scratched lenses
  • damage caused by accidents or misuse
  • natural wear (nose pads, screws, etc.)
  • unauthorized repairs

If your case qualifies, we offer:

  • repair
  • replacement of the same model
  • or exchange for another model (with price adjustment)

To request warranty support, email cs@ochis.co with:

  • your order details
  • proof of purchase
  • a short description + photos of the issue

Repairs (after warranty)

Even outside the warranty period, we can often repair your glasses.

Just send us photos and a description — we’ll suggest the best solution.

In this case, repair and shipping costs are covered by the customer.
