Can I make changes to the order information or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can. To do so, please contact us as quickly as possible at email@example.com with the additional details. However, once the product has been shipped, we won’t be able to make changes to the delivery information or cancel the shipping.

Are the taxes included in the price of Ochis?
No. The price of Ochis doesn’t include taxes. International shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by the customs in the destination country.Each country determines tax and duty assessment differently. Upon your order’s arrival, you may be charged additional customs duties and taxes, so please be aware of that when making the order.
Where do you ship Ochis from?
All our glasses are shipped from Kyiv, Ukraine.
How long does the delivery take?
We usually deliver the orders within a waiting period of 2 to 7 days using DHL services. Due to COVID restrictions, the deliveries may take longer than expected, but not by much. The shipping duration may also vary depending on unexpected circumstances and public holidays. We are not responsible for postal delays.
How much does the delivery cost?
Delivery prices vary depending on the area you live in, so you will have to enter your address in the order info to have the price calculated. We have an honest 50/50 deal on delivery — the delivery price you see at checkout is actually half of what the whole price should have been. Please note that all shipments are made from Ukraine.
How can I track my order?
Your delivery tracking number will be sent to you in a Shipping Confirmation email once your order is ready. You can track its status on a DHL website or application that we will link in the email as well.
My parcel got lost. What can I do?
Firstly, check the delivery status using the tracking number that we sent you with the Shipping Confirmation. If your package hasn't been moving for a while or its status is not changing when it should, please contact the DHL services in your country. If you can't solve this problem after completing all the steps mentioned above, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org describing your situation. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit, but we will try to come up with an alternative solution.
