Can I make changes to the order information or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can. To do so, please contact us as quickly as possible at cs@ochis.co with the additional details. However, once the product has been shipped, we won’t be able to make changes to the delivery information or cancel the shipping.

Are the taxes included in the price of Ochis?
The price of Ochis doesn’t include taxes. International shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by the customs in the destination country.Each country determines tax and duty assessment differently. Upon your order’s arrival, you may be charged additional customs duties and taxes, so please be aware of that when making the order.
Delivery
We deliver worldwide using DHL services. Unfortunately, we can’t deliver Ochis to countries and areas such as: Åland Islands, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, Caribbean Netherlands, Christmas Island, Cocos(Keeling) Islands, Crimea, Eswatini, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Heard & McDonald Islands, Isle of Man, Netherlands Antilles, Norfolk Island, North Korea, Palestinian Territories, Pitcairn Islands, Réunion, Sint Maarten, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Tokelau, U.S. Outlying Islands, Wallis & Futuna, Western Sahara.
Where do you ship Ochis from?
All our glasses are shipped from Kyiv, Ukraine.
How long does the delivery take?
We usually deliver the orders within a waiting period of 10 to 14 days using DHL services. The shipping duration may also vary depending on unexpected circumstances and public holidays. We are not responsible for postal delays.
How much does the delivery cost?
We have free worldwide delivery!
Your delivery tracking number will be sent to you in a Shipping Confirmation email once your order is ready. You can track its status on a DHL website or application that we will link in the email as well.
My parcel got lost. What can I do?
Firstly, check the delivery status using the tracking number that we sent you with the Shipping Confirmation. If your package hasn't been moving for a while or its status is not changing when it should, please contact the DHL services in your country. If you can't solve this problem after completing all the steps mentioned above, write to us at cs@ochis.co describing your situation. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit, but we will try to come up with an alternative solution.
